With over 22 years of dedicated service as an LVN, my journey in healthcare has been characterized by a commitment to safe and effective patient care. Throughout my extensive career, I have honed my expertise in various healthcare settings, with a particular focus on skilled nursing facilities. This diverse experience has equipped me with the skills to consistently deliver exceptional care to the patients I serve.
In addition to my direct patient care experience, I bring 13 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), where I have worked closely with skilled nursing facilities to maintain compliance and ensure quality assurance.
A significant aspect of my skill set lies in case management, where I am dedicated to providing assistance to those who need it the most. This commitment is rooted in a genuine passion for nursing, a driving force that motivates me to love and excel in my work every day.
I find immense fulfillment in working with the elderly. Being there for them when they need assistance the most brings me joy and a sense of purpose.
